Versatility and globality
Astra maintains its vocation as a road bike, but attention to detail has made it less hectic and more comfortable. Light, but without straining the carbon of the frame (which weighs about 980 g) to the extreme, it uses Basso’s first-class technical solutions.
The 35mm tire opening allows you to fit wider tires and venture beyond asphalt on light gravel roads. Integrated Paradigma technology and Microtech all-terrain handlebars improve safety and comfort while offering interesting aesthetics.
Geometry
The Astra geometry is the one that most reflects Basso, and is derived from steel models. Improved year after year, it retains the DNA of racing bikes but with a transversal design so that it can adapt to those who are not athletes and do not ride a bike every day. A brand that remains faithful to its past but is capable of perfecting itself from one model to another and increasing its versatility.
