1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@bikeassist.eu to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Bike Assist error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Inspection and Refund:
- Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value.
- If the exchange item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
8. Warranty Claims:
- Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are subject to our Warranty Policy.
